Mood.

After much research into what exactly type of installation we wanted to focus on, we all decided that we wanted to focus on the mood what people are experiencing at that specific time. We wanted this to help us find out if our activities we set for our audience members to participate in would affect their mood.

We discussed what kind of exercises would affect our own moods within the group.

Here are some mood changing exercises:

-Go without a mobile phone for a week

-See how long you can go without eating

-Going without smoking for a week

-Exercising everyday for people who don’t

-Not eating any carbohydrates for a week

-Not communication with anyone verbally, only by writing down.

-Going without a shower for a week.

We imagined these exercises would be effective to our own personal lifestyles. Two of my group members took on board the not eating task and managed to last three days without eating. This exercise was documented on Twitter so people could see how not eating changed their moods abruptly.
